Please complete this electronic form in order to nominate your candidate for the Mount St. Mary Sports Hall of Fame. All Nominations will be due by January 1st every year.
Nomination Guidelines:
Athlete Nomination:
An Athlete is eligible five years after she last attended Mount St. Mary Academy as a student.
Coach or Administrator:
Is eligible for nomination one year after that individual has retired or completed his or her role in that particular position at Mount St. Mary Academy.
Team Nomination:
A team is eligible for nomination five years after that specific team competed at Mount St. Mary Academy.
After the January first deadline date the Hall of Fame Committee will review all nominations, meet to discuss all nominees, and then select and contact inductees.
